i found a bell to put on my computer...so that when i sit here for waaaaaaay too long...it rings a ton of times for me, so that i remember what i am doing 'here'

Dear Marlaine! Glad you found the MiEN site! As you can tell from the design, I run it for the Mindfulness in Education Network. I will have some new things for it soon. However, if you are interested in this, feel free to join the listserv for MiEN (info at the site). Some good conversations there from time to time.
