gratitude

all i can muster today ;)

today, i am thankful for:

• the monarchs that find their way into my line of sight
• my hypnotherapist
• free dinners at mother tucker's [lol]
• my freedom of choice
• the student today who validated my thoughts about 'french being a beautiful language to listen to'
• my tempur bed :)

i'm going to go to bed and watch a video from black poppy [she's very generous to me!!] - pema chödrön & alice walker in conversation on the meaning of suffering & the mystery of joy
i KNOW i will sleep well after that :)
